The Administration > Clinical Portal User Email > Add Email page allows Registry Managers to create new e-mail templates that are used to send messages to Clinical Portal users. The Administration > Clinical Portal User Email > Edit Email page allows Registry Managers to edit these e-mail templates.
In the Email Template section of the Administration > Clinical Portal User Email > Add Email page, enter the e-mail content as follows:

Select the Active checkbox to indicate that the message is ready to send to the Clinical Portal user. Note: -_Only active messages will be displayed on the Send Messages page. |

Use this field to create a title for the message. |
| Subject |
Use this field to create the Subject of the message. Note: -_ This information will be used to create the Subject information for the e-mail sent to the Clinical Portal user. |
| Salutation |
The Salutation field contains the greeting that will be displayed at the beginning of each message. The default salutation created for messages is "Hello [USERNAME]", where the USERNAME variable will be replaced by the name of the Clinical Portal user that will receive the message. |
| Body |
Use this field to enter the body of the message. |
To preview the content as it would appear in the e-mail, click the Preview button.
The page refreshes to show the e-mail content in the Preview User Email Template section.
